Lauren Hoogland graduated cum laude from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Criminology and minor in Spanish. Lauren obtained her Juris Doctor from Charlotte School of Law. She is licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina, and is admitted to practice in U.S. Tax Court. Throughout her practice, Lauren has drafted hundreds of wills and trusts, and has administered many large and complex estates. In addition to estate planning and estate administration, Lauren represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service in both administrative actions, and in United States Tax Court. Lauren also actively practices in the areas of business formation, asset protection, and commercial real estate acquisitions and sales.
